How It Works
Choose Your Friends
Select between 1 and 10 friend options and any add-ons you'd like to offer your participants.
Set Your Pricing
You choose the retail price and the order deadline. We handle the custom digital order form setup.
Participant Orders
Participants visit your custom page to choose their friends and can pay securely online (plus processing fees).
Fulfillment
We pack your order! For $2/kit, we can pre-organize packages by participant, room, or department.
Note: Adoption certificates can be customized to your group. They are provided in one bundle for ease of shipping.

Organizer Checklist
Select an event date at least 4-6 weeks out to allow for promotion and shipping.
Choose 1-10 plush styles from our current catalog to keep choice easy for participants.
Use our provided social media graphics and posters to spread the word to your community.
We recommend closing orders 14 days before your event to ensure everything arrives on time.
Arrange for a few tables and volunteers to help kids "bring their friends to life" on event day!

- Pricing: Wholesale prices do not include applicable taxes (HST) or shipping costs.
- Processing: Standard credit card processing fees (approx. 2.9% + 30Β’) apply to online orders and are passed to the participant.
- Timelines: Final orders require a 14-day lead time from the closing of your digital form to the event delivery date.
- Returns: All fundraiser sales are final. Build A Friend will replace any items found to have manufacturer defects.
- Safety: All products meet CCPSA safety standards and are recommended for ages 3+.
- Tax Receipts: As a product vendor, Build A Friend does not issue charitable tax receipts for purchases.
