Fulfillment

We pack your order! For $2/kit, we can pre-organize packages by participant, room, or department.

Note: Adoption certificates can be customized to your group. They are provided in one bundle for ease of shipping.

  • Pricing: Wholesale prices do not include applicable taxes (HST) or shipping costs.
  • Processing: Standard credit card processing fees (approx. 2.9% + 30Β’) apply to online orders and are passed to the participant.
  • Timelines: Final orders require a 14-day lead time from the closing of your digital form to the event delivery date.
  • Returns: All fundraiser sales are final. Build A Friend will replace any items found to have manufacturer defects.
  • Safety: All products meet CCPSA safety standards and are recommended for ages 3+.
  • Tax Receipts: As a product vendor, Build A Friend does not issue charitable tax receipts for purchases.
